A well-established family law practice in the Inland Empire is growing its team in Upland and is seeking an attorney who enjoys owning their cases and working closely with clients. What You’ll Do

• This role is designed for attorneys who want hands-on responsibility and a true start-to-finish practice experience.
• Manage an average caseload of approximately 40 family law matters
• Conduct intake calls and lead client consultations that convert into retained matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
• Litigate matters involving divorce, custody, support, adoption, and domestic violence
• Appear in court and gain trial exposure when cases require it

Compensation

• Total income range of $100,000 to $150,000
• Structured bonus program

Work Schedule & Expectations

• 1850 annual billable hour expectation
• In-office role based in Upland, CA
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Office hours begin at 9:00 a.m.
• Average of 35 to 40 total hours per week, including billable and non-billable time
