Experienced Family Law Attorney – Join Our Boutique Firm in Tustin, CA

We’re a boutique family law firm with a warm, team-oriented culture, and we're looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney (Minimum 5+ years preferred) to join our growing practice.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on family law experience
• Confident handling court appearances, discovery, and client strategy
• Strong legal writing and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Strong writing skills and ability to draft and analyze persuasive legal documents
• Demonstrated knowledge of California Family Law Codes and Court Rules
• Admitted to the California Bar and in good standing

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle family law cases from start to finish;
- Prepare Motions, RFO's, Research, P&As, and ancillary pleadings;
-Draft Disclosures with client;
- Propound and respond to discovery;
- Extensive trial and evidentiary hearing experience.

Requirements

Critical thinking is a must; detailed oriented; computer skills, organizational skills; essential forms; dissomaster; and research skills.
