**Location:** Remote (Philippines, Pakistan, Egypt, Neutral to no accent & good communication)

**Schedule:** Part-time and Full-time Monday - Friday, 30- 40 hours per week

**Working Hours: **

7am - 1pm PST or 1pm-7pm PST Part-time / 60 hrs per cut off 

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST Full-time / 80 hrs per cut off 

Every 1st and 2nd Sunday of the Month, mandatory (same) schedule

### **About the Role**

We are hiring **experienced and mature Inbound/Outbound Sales Closers** to join a fast-growing U.S.-based men’s health supplement campaign. This is a **true sales role** focused on **one-call closes** using new, **warm and reorder leads**. Cold Calling, Telemarketing, Hard selling background highly preferred.

This role is ideal for confident, money-motivated professionals with a **proven track record** in **direct phone sales**.

If you know how to sell, can handle objections, close the deal in one call, and hit targets, this is for you. 

### **What You’ll Be Doing**

* Handle **outbound and inbound calls** using a predictive dialer (auto-pop up leads)

* Sell men’s health dietary supplements to new, **warm and repeat customers**

* Follow a **proven sales script** and apply rebuttals effectively

* Close sales in a **single-call environment**

* Meet daily and weekly sales targets

* Upsell and cross-sell approved products when applicable

* Maintain professionalism and compliance on every call

### **Minimum Requirements (Strict)**

* **Minimum 3 years of direct phone sales experience** (B2C Inbound/outbound)
* Proven experience in **one-call close sales**
* Exceptional spoken **English communication skills**
* Ability to work **preferably** **40 hours per week** or minimum of 30 hrs per week (part time) on PST schedule
* Stable high-speed internet and reliable power
* Quiet, distraction-free work environment
* Working laptop/desktop and quality headset
* Coachable, honest, dependable, and performance-driven
* Strong sales mindset with confidence handling objections
* Mature candidates (30 years old and above preferred)
* Background in **health, wellness, supplements, or telemarketing**
* Experience using **dialers and sales CRMs**
* Results-oriented, competitive, and money-motivated
* **Performance-based pay** (hourly or commission plus spiff)
* **Weekly earning potential:** **$150 – $500+** for top performers
* Bonuses, spiffs, and incentives available
* High-income potential for consistent closers
